- Workshop Description
- This three day class offers an opportunity to create a decorative and functional artistic statement using contemporary as well as ancient mosaic techniques. Participants provide the substrate. Bring safety glasses and wear closed toed shoes. Glass, tile, adhesives and tools will be provided by the instructor. The first two days of the class will focus on tool usage, preparation of the substrate and the creation of the artwork. The final day will be devoted to the grouting and polishing process. This class is appropriate for all levels of experience.
$25 materials fee paid to instructor. $175 to Art Station. Please contact the Art Station at 541-617-1317 for a copy of the lesson plan.
